Grades 3−8 English Language Arts and Mathematics Tests

Parent Teacher Organization

The PTO is the SMA parent/teacher group. The group sponsors the Halloween party in October and the Spaghetti dinner in January. We are interested in what you need. Do you want classes for parents? Continuing education on computers, in art, music, physical fitness, adult leagues for basketball? What can we do at SMA to help you be a part of the community your child belongs to?

Student Bussing

Students who require bus transportation are required to communicate so to their local school district generally by April 1st for the following school year.  HFCSD residents are required to fill out a form and return it to the district by April 1st.  Cambridge School District requires a phone call, while the Berlin School District will send a notice to the requesters address.  This ensures space for your child on the bus, coordination of your child's known route and security in scheduling and timing for pick up and drop off times. 

SMA Payment Center

St. Mary's Academy is proud to go green!  We encourage all families to make payments online to streamline our processes and enable us to spend our funds on the students and not on the costs of doing business!  Please click the appropriate payment button below to utilize our PayPal Payment system.  This system enables users to make payments via credit card, debit card and checking accounts.  Please feel free to use them at anytime for any amount.  Simply type in the amount to be paid and an email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion.  Should you have any questions, please call the office right away.
