Admission Information

St. Mary's Academy maintains open enrollment throughout the school year.  Families may enroll their child in St. Mary's Academy at any time throughout the year.  An Open House is held in early February in which current families may re-enroll for the upcoming school year and new families are invited to tour our school, meet the teachers,staff and adiminstration, learn about the curriculum and enroll their child(ren). 

Tours and visitations of the school are available by appointment and can be scheduled by contacting the school office.    









Dear Perspective Families,

Thank you so much for your interest in St. Mary’s Academy. We welcome you to our learning community. Our dedicated faculty and staff strive to provide the best for all students as they develop academically, socially, and spiritually. Our Character Education program is centered around the Fruits of the Spirit. Each month we learn a better way to understand and treat one another through self-control, patience, faith, love, kindness, joy, goodness, peace and gentleness. We begin each day in prayer together as a school community to reinforce these values. St. Mary’s Academy is the parish school of Immaculate Conception Parish.

Our tuition schedule is also provided on this web site. The cost per student for a St. Mary’s education is almost $6,000. With the continued support of Immaculate Conception Parish, and our dedicated Development efforts we are able to defray some of these costs. I strongly encourage families to apply for financial aid through FACTS Tuition Management. You must complete this process in order to be considered for financial aid. I welcome the opportunity to meet with families to discuss registration for next year.
